Why do I see a pop-down when I visit

When you visit for the first time, a pop-down screen asks you to enter your email address to join our FREE cooking community. If you have cookies enabled on your browser, you will only see the pop-down on your first visit. Many websites like Yahoo and CNN use cookies to enhance the visitor's experience. How do I submit my recipe or cooking tip for publication?

See your recipes and cooking tips published on!  You can submit your original recipes and tutorials by using our Share Your Recipe form.  Recipes must include a photo and must be your own original creations.  Recipes are reviewed by our editorial staff and are added based on timeliness, quality, and overall need on the site.  If/when your recipe is added, you will receive an email containing the link to your uploaded recipe.  Use this form and submit your recipes today!

What are recipe eCookbooks? eCookbooks are free, downloadable recipe collections organized around a theme, such as no bake recipes, Christmas recipes or Recipes in 30 MInutes or Less. These eCookbooks are PDF documents that can be downloaded off our website, saved to your computer, and/or printed out for easy reference while cooking. We think eCookbooks are a great way to offer a free collection of recipes to our users.

How do I download the eCookbooks?

You will need Adobe to access our eCookbooks, but you can download a free copy of Adobe Reader from the Adobe website. If a link in a PDF recipe does not work, type in the recipe name into the search box at our website to locate the project and please contact us.

How do I enter the giveaways? editorial team loves giving away cookbooks, food products and cooking tools to our readers. In every issue of The Gluten Free Digest, we feature a new contest. These cookbooks and products are reviewed by our testing team and the in-depth review is provided on the contest page. You can enter the contest via the entry form on the contest page.

Weekly giveaways last two weeks from the date of going live and then we pick a winner, which we notify by email. You have two weeks to send back your information in order to claim the prize. Once those two weeks have passed, we will pick a different winner. In addition to standard entry via the form on the contest page, we will give you an extra entry in the contest for EACH of the following items:


  1. We will give you an extra entry if you blog about the giveaway at your blog. Contact us with a link to the blog post.

  2. We will give you an extra entry if you tweet about the giveaway.  Use the tweet button at the bottom of the contest form to get this extra entry.
