This is a super simple and delicious recipe that is a wonderful Fall side dish and would fit perfectly at any holiday season gathering. The delicious cinnamon-sugar sweetness pairs beautifully with carrots and cranberries. This clean-eating recipe is vegan, gluten free, oil free, and contains no added sugar. It is also super easy to make. Just toss carrots in cranberries in a simple and quick sweet cinnamon mixture, bake for 40 minutes, and that’s it!
