Who knew this soup was so easy to make? Not this gal? I always have chicken or turkey broth so I made it with turkey broth. Mushrooms are very healthy so had to add some of those. Great for when you are sick. Makes you feel better and you don't have to spend much time on it.

I love egg drop soup and now I can make it at home! I tried making it, but just couldn't get the right flavor. Now thanks to this Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup recipe I know where I was going wrong, I was using chicken stock. Vegetable stock is what is used. I can't wait to make this, it's what's for dinner tonight. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.

I made this soup and it is fast to make and delicious!
