I like onion soup at the best of times but I would hesitate to eat it at work. Because....well....you know.....onions make you gassy. But you can eat this at home. It is the perfect comfort food and we get to have the cheese as well! I want to try it. I would take a piece of gluten free bread and toast it, melt the cheese on top and float that on top of the soup. That is traditionally how the French serve it.
