I love zucchini, and I especially love it roasted. Paprika is another of my favorite things. I dont own a mandolin slicer, so these will be a bit more work for me, but I definitely want to try them. This is such an easy recipe, and they look so good!

I need to remember this recipe the next time my garden is overflowing with zucchini! These look like they'll be easy to make, too. Can't wait to try these!

I'm definitely going to be making these. They look really scrumptious and not too much fuss to make. I think they would taste good with guacamole or some nice sour cream to dip. I like spicy things so I will definitely be using paprika but maybe a bit of cayenne pepper to give it a really good kick.

I still have yet to try zucchini chips! These look so good, I'll have to try them out this weekend.
