Despite the popularity of potato chips, not many people think to use other veggies as a crispy treat. Your family will be surprised and delighted when you serve up these Baked Zucchini Chips at snack time. These healthy chips are oven baked, not deep fried, so you can let your kids eat as many as they want. You'll love that this zucchini chip recipe features an extra kick. Paprika is sprinkled over the raw veggie slices and baked with the zucchini to maximize the flavor of the chips. Try experimenting with different spices to find the perfect recipe tailored to your own family.

I love zucchini, and I especially love it roasted. Paprika is another of my favorite things. I dont own a mandolin slicer, so these will be a bit more work for me, but I definitely want to try them. This is such an easy recipe, and they look so good!

I need to remember this recipe the next time my garden is overflowing with zucchini! These look like they'll be easy to make, too. Can't wait to try these!

I'm definitely going to be making these. They look really scrumptious and not too much fuss to make. I think they would taste good with guacamole or some nice sour cream to dip. I like spicy things so I will definitely be using paprika but maybe a bit of cayenne pepper to give it a really good kick.

I still have yet to try zucchini chips! These look so good, I'll have to try them out this weekend.
