This recipe for Quinoa Crunch is ridiculously easy to make and would be a creative substitute for granola or other traditional cereals. To make this easy snack, four ingredients are mixed together and then baked on a cookie sheet. Maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut oil give the quinoa a subtle sweet flavor and help the whole conglomeration harden together. Try mixing crushed nuts into this recipe for a little extra flavor. Quinoa Crunch would be ideal served over a mixture of Greek Yogurt and fruit. You could serve this as a healthy dessert at a party or dinner, or enjoy it as a snack.
