Parmesan Rosemary Potato Chips

"Have you ever made you own homemade potato chips? They are not difficult to master but you will need a mandolin. Try these Parmesan Rosemary Potato Chips. When you slice them up nice and then they fry up nice and crisp and crunchy. These chips would amaze your company for game day to any time over the holidays. Even make a batch when you are wanting a salty snack. Everyone will be in awe of these!"

Yum! Potato chips are so good. Store-bought chips always seem so salty to me.Making my own guarantees that I can control the amount of seasonings I add to the chips. Make sure the oil is good and hot so the potatoes will crisp up instead of absorbing the oil. Adding too many chips to the oil at one time will lower the temperature.

I love potato chips. These look great! #GlutenFreeFave
