"Looking for the best and easiest way to make vegan parmesan cheese? Here's how to make the quickest and healthiest, 2-ingredient vegan parmesan that's from real whole foods, gluten-free, allergy-free, even paleo! Perfect to have on hand for topping, sprinkling, and making anything "cheesy"! The best part is that these ingredients go one-to-one in the recipe. To make a decent batch to keep on hand in the fridge of pantry, just use 1 cup of nutritional yeast and one cup of hemp hearts. But to actually make the texture "parmesan-style", you just need to blitz these two ingredients in a small food processor or blender! From there I like to store my vegan parm in small Ball canning jars in the fridge (or pantry if I know I'll be using it quickly)!"
