I hate washing the dishes and if you tell me that a meal takes one vessel to cook it in, I will take a look. This recipe is a must make for me. It is pork, it contains cider and it is from my favorite food blogger, 'the seasoned mom'. I got a pleasant surprise when I looked up the recipe and saw that it was a recipe adapted from Nigella Lawson - one of my favorite celebrity chefs.

This is a great recipe for fall! It looks super easy too.
