Yum! These are great! I prefer thinner pork chops unless I am stuffing them so I went with those. The Parmesan cheese added to the cracker coating is so good. When using the thicker chops, the oven method of finishing is a good idea. I think cooking them completely on the stove top works just fine when using the thinner ones. Just make sure to check them so they don't get to dark or burn.
