What drew me to this recipe was the black olives on top. I'm sure you could leave out the beans to make it a lighter dish. I love avocado so this should be good. Winter is coming (Game of Thrones fan!) to South Africa and this is the kind of dish to have on one of those cold winter nights. Yes, we do have those. It can get quite cold here in Winter.

This sounds amazing! I love how easy casseroles are, and I've never tried one with avocados before. I'll have to try it out.
