Raspberry Pineapple Chia Seed Jam

Raspberry Pineapple Chia Seed Jam
Raspberry Pineapple Chia Seed Jam

"A few weeks ago I decided to skip the grocery store and use up what was already in the pantry, fridge and freezer. It's a great way to save money & clear out space. Packing my son’s lunch proved harder than I imagined. I usually send him with fresh fruits and veggies, but those ran out quickly. And I didn’t even have any peanut butter or jelly. I do, however, always have lots of bags of frozen fruit in the freezer. Just a few ingredients later, I had myself some Homemade Raspberry Pineapple Chia Seed Jam!"

Chia seeds really do make things gel really well. I think it works well with this because of the berries and berries have seeds. Because chia seeds are great at making fresh no cook jam or puddings, but you still get the seeds. If it is something that is already seedy, you may not notice. If you are big on texture and like things pretty smooth, this may not be the one for you.

My friend loves to make her own jam recipes, so I'll have to share this recipe with her!
