Paleo Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin pie is a delicious and traditional dessert, especially in the fall. This recipe for Paleo Pumpkin Pie is simple to prepare and comes together very quickly. The recipe uses canned pumpkin puree to make the pumpkin pie, which is different from canned pumpkin pie filling. Since the puree is just pumpkin, it is easier to control what else goes into the pie. This recipe also suggests substituting cream and sugar for healthier ingredients such as coconut milk and honey. The pie crust is made with almond flour and is very easy to create. The secret to making the crust perfectly golden is to cover the pie crust with a pie shield or some aluminum foil.
