I'd never tried the combination of mac and cheese and broccoli before college, but now I love it! It makes the entire dish healthier too.

I like putting broccoli in my mac and cheese. Sometimes I like to add chopped ham to it too. My sister always used chicken instead of the ham. With or without the added meat, it is great. And kids will eat the broccoli because it has cheese on it. I add all kinds of veggies to my mac and cheese. Each one changes it up.

A new recipe is the perfect reason to make mac and cheese tonight!
