Our body needs a certain amount of fat so sour cream is not unhealthy as this author says. True Greek yogurt should not be non fat. To make up for the fat they take out they add stabilizers to the food. That is not healthy. I recommend Daisy sour cream cause it doesn't have added junk. A juiced lemon normally produces 1/3 cup juice. Bigger lemons might give you up to 1/2 cup. Smaller may give 1/4 cup. I would eat this with changes.
