Gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan, this easy & quick, savory seasonal dinner will warm your soul from the inside out! This pasta is perfect for a simple autumn dinner or a little Halloween fun. Orange and black with some green in there too! It’s creamy and comforting with a nice bite from the olives (they look like eyeballs!), “cheesy” (that hidden nooch!), and a bit deeper than just pumpkin with the addition of some tomato sauce! The green hints come from the chives (my favorite!), parsley, and some damn good green lentil penne! And of course, some sage for that mega-autumn flavor hit!"
