Why is there glaze on a muffin? That seems odd to me. It contains erythritol, which I am not too sure about using. I know a lot of people use it instead of sugar. But, I have read too much can be hard on the gut. It does have a lot of lemon in it and that is a good thing. I think I would try it making some modifications.
