You can not go wrong with chocolate muffins. I love making muffins the night before so everyone can just grab some in the morning. The maple syrup is just the right amount. It gives it a nice sweetness, bit not too much. Muffins bought in a bakery are more like cake. These are not so sweet. Life a true muffin should be. I am trying to go as low starch in my diet as I can. The almond flour fits that.
