Take your dipping experience to the next level. This recipe for Baked Hummus turns plain and ordinary hummus into a delicious and flavorful treat. The addition of tomatoes, cheese, and olives makes this hummus recipe a stand-out amongst all others. This is the perfect dip to make for a party. Serve baked hummus with some Crunchmaster crackers for dipping, and watch your guests go crazy for this tasty recipe. You might even want to make two dishes - one for you, and one for your guests!

Ingredients

  • 2 (7-ounce) containers of plain prepared hummus
  • 1 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package Crunchmaster Original Mulit-Seed Crackers (or your favorite flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Spread hummus evenly into an 8 x 8 inch square baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese, making sure to evenly cover the surface.

  4. In a separate bowl, gently toss the tomatoes and olives together until blended well.

  5. Layer the olive and tomato mixture on top of the feta cheese. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Crunchmaster crackers.
