Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

By: Dani Desalot from
Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream
Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

"ALLLLL ABOARD!!!!! The gluten free, dairy free 4 ingredient Mint Chocolate Chip NICE cream train is leaving now! I was SO sceptical at first! I mean how on earth could ice cream be made from a banana base? ESPECIALLY since I was MAJORLY craving mint chocolate chip but it came out so heavenly creamy that the original could NEVER compare! It took literally 5 minutes to make (not counting that the bananas were placed in the freezer the night before). This gluten free, dairy free Mint Chocolate Chip NICE cream recipe is the perfect creamy summer treat and only requires 4 ingredients! YUM"
