I think I will try these with peanut butter. I love cookies sweetened with honey or maple syrup. I stay away from agave syrup because it is very heavily processed. I don't have any almond butter, but I do have peanut butter. They remind me of 1-2-3-4 peanut butter cookies with oatmeal and using almond butter instead.

These cookies look so good! And I agree that chocolate chips would be great in these!

I'm going to add chocolate chips to these!
