These German Chocolate Sandwich Cookies are the perfect afternoon snack for any season. These German chocolate cookies look adorable, and could almost be a decoration for your table. The cookie sandwiches are held together by a coconut and pecan filling that tastes delicious when paired with chocolate. Paired with a cup of coffee or tea they are a classic treat any time of the year. You'll find yourself snacking on these little treats all the time. These would be a great dessert to bring to a potluck or event, since they come in single servings. These attractive cookies will make you look like a master baker in the eyes of everyone who takes a bite of your perfect treat.

I made these for my GF sister-in-law, and she LOVED them! She stole five of them as soon as I brought them out to the table. I used the sandwich filling as a frosting because I made my cookies a little too big on accident, but they were still super delicious. I'll definitely be making these again!
