Oh, how I love these cookies! I never knew I could make them with Bisquick. I don't think these have to be just for Christmas. Wouldn't they make a great Easter dessert? I love these when they are warm out of the oven!! It's a great mix of chocolate and peanut butter.

These look divine. I've been wanting to make Christmas cookies this year, and these might be the winner. I wonder if it would make a difference if I used almond Hershey kisses instead because those are my fave.

These are my mom's favorite cookie ever, but I'm not sure she's tried it like this before. I bet Bisquick makes it super easy to throw together!
