"French toast is great, but why not step it up a notch and grill it! This Gluten-Free Grilled French Toast recipe is vegan, allergy-free, and so quick & easy to make! Fire up the grill (or grill pan!) and you'll have perfectly cooked French toast in minutes. Great for camping, a summer breakfast, brunch, or even dessert! You only need 6 ingredients, but most importantly is some good allergy-free bread! Of course, depending on your dietary needs, you can use any type of bread your heart desires, but the key here is to either lightly toast it or use stale bread! That's always the ideal way to prep your bread for "French toasting" and helps keep it from being a soggy mess!"
