"Need lunch in a flash? These garlic herb tuna power bowls are full of protein, carbs, healthy fats, and greens – and they only take 5 minutes to make thanks to Safe Catch’s pre-seasoned tuna! Thanks to a little meal prep, these power bowls are ready in 5 minutes. Start with a base of greens. I opted for spinach, but you could easily use whatever greens you prefer! Add on your roasted veggies, sliced cucumber, and avocado. And finally, top the entire bowl with a can of Safe Catch Garlic Herb Tuna – make sure to use the natural juices from the can as your dressing. Lunch is served!"
