Apple and cinnamon go so nicely together. I'm getting into this quinoa thing eating gluten free. I find breakfasts the most difficult meal so this recipe is definitely a breakfast recipe keeper. It is so quick to make which is great in my book. It also looks delicious. I will be adding on extra cinnamon on top as I love cinnamon!
