These would be a great alternative to buying those granola bars. I don't know that they are cheaper to make than just buying some. Almond butter is fairly expensive. But, it has better value. You don't have all the crappy stuff, but you get a ton of flavor. For oat flour, grind up some oats in your spice grinder and you have flour.
