These Whole-Grain Bagels are chewy and delicious. This is also a double make-ahead recipe; the dough can be prepared before baking and the bagels can be frozen for later use. These gluten free whole-grain bagels are also versatile because they can be topped with many different toppings, from sesame seeds to spices. These Whole-Grain Bagels are fantastic on their own but also make a great base for a sandwich. They do need to be poached before baking, but it takes only a half-hour from water to oven.
