"This pillowy gluten-free soft naan is the best gluten-free flatbread I’ve ever had. You can even use non-dairy yogurt to make it vegan. You can use it to scoop other foods, such as sauce or dips, like you would do in an authentic Indian restaurant. Although these naans are best when they are freshly made and toasty hot, they can be warmed in a microwave oven for a few seconds to half a minute to regain their pillowy soft texture."
