I made this bread today with high hopes, this would be THE bread..I weighted and measured correctly, ( previous regular bread baker, not buy bread for 20yrs, then the C diagnosis ) the yeast went crazy, up and over the pan in 36 min, the bread baked out of the pan in oven, then fell before the timer went off. What went wrong? Is there ever going to be the perfect GF bread recipe? sigh

Oh no! I'm sorry this bread recipe didn't work out for you. Here are a few suggestions for next time: 1) Try a different brand of yeast. 2) When your bread is rising, store it in a slightly cooler area. 3) No matter how long the recipe says to let your bread rise, we recommend not letting the dough rise over the pan. 4) Try a different recipe if this one still does not work. There are a ton of gluten free bread recipes out there. You'll soon find the perfect recipe for you!

I need a good gluten free bread recipe. What I miss most in the mornings is toast! I am going to make this bread, cut it into slices with my electric knife and then freeze the slices. I can take out two in the morning for breakfast as bread defrosts within a few minutes, then I will either make a sandwich for lunch or some toast for breakfast. Happy days!
