These Paleo Bagels are a knockoff of the iconic New York Bagels. These gluten free bagels would make a great breakfast or lunch. Preparing and baking these bagels only takes about a half-hour, and they don't have to rise. This bagel recipe lists poppy seeds as an optional topping, but the possibilities are endless for bagel toppings. These Paleo Bagels do have a slightly sweet flavor from the almond flour, but they're still delicious as a savory snack. These copycat New York Style bagels are also kosher.
