Yum! I love the texture that using ground flax gives foods. It lightens what would otherwise be rather dense. The recipe is from the Wheat Belly and if you have tried any of the recipes in the book, you can almost guarantee that it is going to taste good. No, it is not wheat. But, that doesn't mean it isn't good.
