Great tip for making gluten free biscuits flaky because that is tricky to do. The recipe doesn't state how many biscuits it makes. By the amount of flour, I would say 15 to 20 depending on the size of your cutter. These are good homemade biscuits. I would rather have homemade than what comes in those refrigerated cans in the store.
