This looks good, I think I will give this one a try soon. Has anyone tried toasting it? Does it toast well, or should toasting it be avoided? My youngest is a very fussy eater. I am hoping that this recipe might help to add a new item to the menu.

I brought this to share with my coworkers, and no one was able to tell that it was a gluten free recipe.

This is exactly the recipe I've been looking for! I hope to try it out soon and give a review of how it turns out.
