I love cheese bread. And it makes dough so easy to work with. This is a pretty simple recipe. No yeast to worry about. They are little so great for a party or just for munching on. I am a big cheddar lover, but next time I will try Parmesan. That might be yummy too.

I can't wait to try these! There's nothing better than cheese and bread and I have a feeling these are going to taste a lot better than store bought rolls.

I think I will definitely be making these. They do look super easy. I have never added cheese into buns when I have made them. I have sprinkled cheese over the top before but that is all so I am looking forward to trying that. I have never used tapioca starch before. What is it and why do you cook with it instead of flour?
