Smoothies are always a good alternative for breakfast as who has the time to eat breakfast when you are getting ready for school and work on a morning? I have my breakfast in the car and a smoothie is easy to drink in the car, filling and yummy. I like nutritious smoothies. The ginger in this one must be nice as it will give it that nice kick in the back of your throat. I love ginger!
