It has got a lot of healthy stuff in it. Very anti-inflammatory and immune boosting. If you had raw cacao powder, that would boost the nutrient level just a little higher. I don't like stevia so I would probably have to substitute honey or maple syrup and play with the amount to see what would work.

I've never had hot chocolate like this before, but this definitely sounds interesting!
