I like the sound of this chocolate shake a lot. It fits everything I am looking for. Yes, I do wake up on a morning, quite frequently very hungry but I don't have time to prepare anything for breakfast. This unfortunately does lead to unhealthy eating as I grab whatever. This can also be made in advance so that helps a lot.
