I love schnitzel. I make chicken, pork and veal schnitzel in my home. I have recently learned that I have Celiac disease and am missing a lot of my favorite recipes. I am glad I found this one. Pounding out the meat is vital of course! I often like to have my schnitzel with a cracked black pepper sauce. I have to find a gluten free alternative for that too.

remind people that have never made schnitzel before that this is a pounded out meat
