Pizza is one of my favorite foods in the world. I can eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (and sometimes for all three meals in one day). Needless to say, I have tried my fair share of pizzas and pizza crusts. Of course, I have my favorites. The pizza I made with a gluten-free pizza crust from Venice Bakery is now on the top of my list. It was easy to bake the crust with my favorite ingredients. As with all pizza crusts, you can make these pizzas any way you'd like; use your favorite sauce as well as whatever type of cheese you'd like. Unlike other other pizza crusts, these are gluten free and full of amazing flavor.
When I was getting dinner ready, there was really no prep work involved other than getting the toppings ready. It was complete and total breeze to make a great meal with these pizza crusts. I was super excited to find that my pizza was flaky and moist, not dry like some other gluten free crusts can be. It was flavorful in its own way, but there seasoning complimented the toppings I used and did not overpower the pizza. I shared the pizza with some friends, and they had no idea that the crust was gluten free since it was so soft.
One of the best things about these crusts is that it is made with ingredients that I can actually pronounce. You don't find that with a lot of food, and it really reassured me that I was eating something that wasn't filled with chemicals. Not only are these crust gluten free, but some of them are also dairy and soy free. You can even get gluten-free vegan crusts.
