The Tovolo Yolk Out Whisk is another great two-in-one kitchen tool that acts as an egg separator and a whisk. This well-made baking tool is perfect for using to make meringues, macaroons, or souffle. You can separate your whites and whisk them all at once.

 

The egg separator is right at the top of the whisk. The egg white slips through as the yolk remains trapped in the egg bowl. I love that there is a lip at the end of the whisk for resting it on top of a mixing bowl. This helps you keep your hands free while cracking egg after egg. It also balances well if you lay it down on a counter.

 

The actual whisk component of the tool is made from stainless steel. It is incredibly durable with an easy to grip handle. The balloon shaped whisk works as a great aerator for eggs.

 

When you have to separate close to a dozen eggs, you will definitely appreciate having this whisk on hand. It will save you time, energy, and a large clean up.
