Three Bakers Great Seed Bread is one of the best tasting gluten free breads you can find in stores. The bread incorporates sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, millet seeds, hulled hemp seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds to create a wonderful texture. This gluten free bread is one the entire family can enjoy.
In a blind taste test, you would never know that this bread is missing gluten. It mimics the texture and flavors of regular bread incredibly well. It is incredibly moist and flavorful. Most gluten free breads need to be toasted before enjoying, but this bread tastes great straight from the bag. Plus, it doesn't just taste great, it also healthy for you and high in fiber!
I love using the Great Seed Bread for making sandwiches since you don't need to toast it first. The seeds in the bread add a great flavor and texture to every bite. I especially liked the pumpkin seeds which I don't often see baked on bread. In addition to using the bread for sandwiches, I liked using it to make bread crumbs, hearty croutons, and the Perfect Gluten Free French Toast recipe.
The company recommends keeping the bread in the freezer if you want to extend the shelf life. This way you can defrost a few pieces when you want them and have the rest to eat at any time. Eating gluten free no longer has to be a challenge thanks to amazing products like the Three Bakers Great Seed Bread!

This is the best GF bread, seriously. This kind was no exception! Great with some almond butter.
