Living NOW Quinoa Pasta Review

Now you can enjoy amazing pasta without worrying about gluten. Living NOW's Quinoa Pasta made with just three natural ingredients is a wonderful substitute for pasta made with flour. The delicious, gluten free pasta comes in spaghetti, macaroni, and penne to make all of your favorite pasta dishes.

I was shocked by how much I enjoyed the taste and texture of the pasta. Some gluten free pastas are gummy or oddly flavored, but this pasta tasted just like pasta made with regular flour. It is great that the pasta comes in three shape varieties. The macaroni is perfect for making gluten free macaroni and cheese. The spaghetti was wonderful with a simple sauce or even served with oil or butter. I loved the penne pasta with heartier sauces. They even include easy recipes for sauce on the backside of the boxes.

I love that the line of pasta is not only gluten free, but also made without dairy, soy, nuts, corn, or eggs. This makes it a great option for people who have more than one allergy or different allergies in the same household.

I agree with Nicola! This was pretty good for gluten free pasta. Just like other GF pastas, you really have to watch while you cook it or cook it for the right amount of time or it gets sticky.

I made the spaghetti! It was really good, though mine got a little sticky because I left it in the water a little longer than i should have. The texture and taste were perfect - went great with my cheesy pesto chicken!

As someone who isn't gluten-free, I was surprised by how much I liked this pasta! The texture was slightly different than "regular" pasta, but it was still firm enough to stand up to a good, hearty sauce.
