The Lekue Silicone Springform Loaf Pan is an innovative baking pan that will allow you to make all kinds of desserts and other food items. The silicone sides have a ceramic base that doubles as a server when you are ready to present your dish. This pan is perfect for making gluten free bread, frozen desserts, cheesecake recipes, and more. 

This pan is incredibly unique in design. It is the first springform pan I have used that is made primarily of silicone. Turns out the silicone structure is a huge benefit of using the pan! Since the silicone is completely non-stick, your beautiful creations will not be ruined when you go to unmold them.

Another wonderful feature of this pan is the base. Usually, a springform pan will just have a normal metal base, but this one has a ceramic base this perfect for presenting your food; no need to attempt a risky transfer onto a separate plate. The white ceramic is refined and will help your food look its best. After using the pan and ceramic base, it can go right into your dishwasher for carefree cleaning.

This pan is ideal for making cheesecake recipes and no bake desserts, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have other great uses. You can actually use it to serve up homemade ice cream or even to make fancy pate recipes.  This versatile pan will come in handy more often than you may think!
