The Kuhn Rikon Bamboo Cutting Board is a beautiful bamboo board designed to be user-friendly, as well as eco-friendly. Small detailed features like non-slip feet and grooves on the sides of the board make this a great choice for different uses. The medium-sized board is ideal for slicing and carving meat, but can also be used to prep vegetables and fruits. 

I love the bamboo used to make this board. The grains create an aesthetically pleasing design that looks both classic and modern. Doing your prep work on a bamboo surface is just like using any wooden cutting board. It is a smooth surface that won't dull your knives like plastic cutting boards. The oiled surface is also extremely resistant against scratches. Not only does the bamboo look nice and work well as a cutting surface, but it is even a naturally sustainable resource.

A few features on this bamboo board really stand out. The grooves along the board help collect juices while you prep. Instead of splashing meat juices across your counters, this board will collect the juice for easy disposal. This keeps your kitchen hygienic and clean while cutting meat and juicy fruits. The nonslip feet on the board also help ensure your space staying clean, while your food stays on the board. I have had some incidents with plastic boards that move around and this one stayed firmly in place even with vigorous chopping.
