Circulon Ultimum Covered Wok

Circulon Ultimum Covered Wok

Reviewed by , Editor,

Cook up all of your favorite stir fry recipes using the Circulon Ultimum Covered Wok. This incredible piece of cookware is built with a combination of aluminum and stainless steel to create a superior cooking surface.  The large, domed lid allows you to steam and cook your food perfectly to your liking.

This wok is made with the same high-quality materials as other Circulon pans. It is built with aluminum, but also features a triple nonstick coating and stainless-steel base. This adds to the durability and longevity of the pan, as well as makes it induction cooktop friendly.

I love how much surface area you get using this wok. The sides are wide, but not too deep, which I find perfect for wok cooking. This allows you to spread out your ingredients across the heat, so they cook at the same time. When a wok is too deep, you actually can end up with less cooking space.

The lid of this wok adds to the appeal. It is doomed instead of flat, to give the pan more space for steam to fill. Not only does this enhance your cooking experience, but it also makes for a fun tableside reveal!
