BonJour Salad Chef Dressing Maker

BonJour Salad Chef Dressing Maker

: Bonjour

Reviewed by , Editor,

I have started making all my own homemade dressings thanks to the BonJour Salad Chef Dressing Maker Giveaway. This great little gadget is so simple to use and whips up dressings in just seconds. The dressing maker also includes tasty dressing recipes right on the side of the dressing carafe.

The first dressing I decided to make was the balsamic dressing that was listed on the side of the gadget. It was incredibly easy to make, with all the measurements denoted. You don't even need to use measuring cups! With just a few pulses, the dressing was perfectly emulsified. There are four recipes listed directly on the maker for simple and delicious dressings. In addition, there are more recipes listed in the recipe booklet included with maker.

I love that the Salad Chef includes an airtight silicone stopper so that you can use it as a storage container if you don't use all the dressing or want to save it for using later. I also use the dressing straight from the carafe to the dinner table. The design is modern and will have everyone at the dinner table asking where they can get their very own.

The rubber rings keep all the parts sealed and in place while operating the maker. Each part can be removed for a quick cleaning process. Once you start using the BonJour Salad Chef, you will be saying so long to store-bought dressing!
