Blends by Orly Gluten Free Flour Review

Blends by Orly Gluten Free Mixes Blends by Orly Gluten Free Flour Review

Blends by Orly Gluten Free Flours are a superior alternative to other gluten free flour mixes. They make a range of different mixes that can be substituted directly in otherwise gluten-filled dishes. The combination of ingredients they use in the mixes makes for a delicious baked good that won't have you missing the gluten.

I love that these baking flours are designed to be used as a 1 to 1 replacement for flour. That means you can take a regular recipe and easily convert it to be gluten free. This does not work with other gluten free flours because they don't have the right combination of ingredients.

I used the different mixes to make a variety of recipes from the Blends by Orly website. I made a few sweet recipes, but you can certainly use some of the mixes for savory applications, too! My two favorite recipes were the Orly's Gluten Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies and the Chocolate Chip Cookies. I served these to our office and everyone was raving about how they tasted just like they had regular flour in them.

They have five varieties of flour blends that each work best for certain types of food: London Blend, Sydney Blend, Tuscany Blend, Paris Blend, and Manhattan Blend. They are all easy to work with and make for a delicious final product that the whole family can enjoy.

I had never tried a gluten-free dessert before, but the cookies I tried that were made with this mix were beyond delicious. I would never have known that they were gluten-free! They were so soft and gooey, which is perfect.

I really liked how gooey and moist these cookies were fresh out of the oven! I've never had GF cookies this soft before! I especially love that I can use an easy peasy mix for them! YUM!

Obsessed with these cookies! I went back for seconds :) Yum!

These cookies were SO GOOD. It is rare to find GF cookies that stay gooey but don't crumble like crazy. The cookies I had were just that. I had one from our first batch then felt like cookie monster in the iPhone commercial waiting for the cookies because I wanted more cookies SO BAD. I was really into these cookies. I am still thinking about them honestly. 10/10!

Honestly, I was surprised by gooey and soft these cookies were. It's really rare to find a GF baking mix that tastes like the real thing, but this one does!

These gluten free chocolate chips cookies were delicious! They were the perfect gooey texture. No one would be able to tell they were gluten free.

These were SO good that I broke my "one cookie only" rule. I loved gooey-ness that you typically don't get with gluten free cookie mixes.

These were so yummy! Gooey and buttery right out of the oven. I definitely wouldn't have know that they were GF.

These taste amazing! I would never have guessed that they're gluten free. Yum!

The chocolate chip cookies were lovely! Really gooey right out of the oven. The texture was perfect. Couldn't tell they were gluten free.

I'd love to see the look on a skeptic's face when I tell them that these cookies are gluten free. They taste just as good as regular chocolate chip cookies - if not better!

The chocolate chip cookies were amazing! I absolutely loved them.

I'm impressed with how moist and fluffy cookies made with the Blends by Orly mix turned out. So often, gluten-free baking mixes yield crumbly and flavorless results, but the chocolate chip cookies made using Orly were simply divine! I will definitely be recommending Orly products to my GF relatives and friends.

The GF chocolate chip cookies were just the thing I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth. So great fresh out of the oven!

These cookies were delicious! They were so moist and chewy... I didn't even realize they were gluten free!

The GF chocolate chip cookies were so chewy and delicious, I would have never know they were gluten free!

The brownies fell apart pretty easily, but they tasted amazing. So if that's the sacrifice that has to be made for a tasty treat, I'm all for it.

I would not have guessed these brownies were gluten free if I were not told. I thought they had a great flavor.

The texture was pretty crumbly, but the flavor was great! Peanut butter and chocolate are always a winning combo in my book!
