Bakery on Main Happy Oats Review

Bakery on Main Happy OatsBakery on Main Happy Oats Review

Bakery on Main's line of Happy Oats includes three wonderful and gluten free varieties: Quick, Steel Cut, and Rolled. While oats are naturally gluten free, there is still much cross contamination within facilities. This is oatmeal you can eat safely without fearing wheat's presence.

The Happy Quick Oats are truly that. They can be made in the microwave, start to finish, in less than 2 minutes. This is a perfect weekday breakfast option. Steel cut oats are one of my all-time favorite foods and these Happy Steel Cut Oats develop just the right texture while cooking on the stovetop. I like adding brown sugar or fresh fruit to make the oats even heartier. The Happy Rolled Oats are a great choice for baking. I like making this recipe for Flourless Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies using the oats. I'd like to keep my pantry stocked with all three!

You can rest assured that all of these oat products are 3rd party certified gluten free. In addition, they are non-GMO and free from preservatives. These Bakery on Main Happy Oats are a delicious choice for anyone whether they are able to eat gluten or not.
