Not only is this Fish Stick recipe from Caralyn at glutenfreehappytummy easy to make, it's also completely healthy! Just cut the fish into strips, follow her breading directions, and then bake to perfection. In less than 30 minutes, you'll have juicy fish sticks that are coated with a deliciously crunchy breading. If you'd like, you can even whip up some sweet potato chips (the recipe is on the same page). This is one meal that is sure to please everyone at the table.

Be sure to take a look at Caralyn's Featured Foodie page for more great recipes to try.

I miss my fish fingers as we call them. I have had to be gluten free since December so it's all new for me. Right now it is lent and we can't eat meat on Fridays and it is fish fingers which I have been missing the most. So thanks for this recipe, you made my day! I like to dip them in soy sauce.

So sorry that you were having problems Phyllis Fromer. The green link above should now be working. Please let us know if you have any other issues. Hope this helps!
